We have a judicious cancellation policy protecting both the parties and we are considered among very few tour operators with friendly cancellation policy. After your trips confirmation, we believe you have thoroughly read, understood and abide by it.
Tour cancellation & refund policy
- 10% deposit will be forfeited if the tour is cancelled anytime after booking.
- 90% of the remaining tour cost is required to be sent a month before the tour’s departure in order to issue visa which won’t be issued if the full tour payment isn’t made before arrival in Bhutan.
- After visa issuance, there won’t be any refunds as at this time other necessary arrangements like government royalty being paid, hotels, guide, transfers are already being booked and the visa itself is issued.
